Q: What do you believe puts B&L on the map on Cape Town Foodie scene?
A: We are known for our unique concept that centers around 3 menu items. This has allowed great focus and refinement on each dish.
We also offer an exotic cocktail pairing for your meal.
Our menu is simply delicious and overall it’s an exciting dining experience.
Q: If a food critic had to walk in today, what would you serve at your restaurant & why?
A: The B&L Combo – half B&L burger and half lobster roll. The ultimate surf and turf. This way they would experience the best of both worlds.

A: Believing in my ideas and acting on them. Not being afraid to fail. I have learnt so much from the mistakes that I have made along the way. It takes perseverance, tenacity and a lot of hard work. I try to keep evolving and striving to do better.

A: Our offering is something unique. We also have a great location in the hub of the city.

A: Stay passionate and focused. Make mistakes and learn from them.

A: I would like to own multiple successful restaurants.
